Man Amazon won't ship these to CT or NY, that's disappointing. They'll ship the battery-less ones so must be some restriction.

I was looking for the largest one and it went on sale about this time but if I remember correctly the sales were done even before Black Friday and--as you mentioned--didn't go on sale the rest of winter and into spring.

The SNT2405 with two 7.5 batteries was on sale during prime days earlier in Oct for $1299. It was also on sale last year during black friday for $1279. The SNT2425 is not worth $300 more.

Your local Ace probably have these assembled instore you can go look at them. The new tires on the 2425 are very meh. The 2416 with two 10aH batteries is better but $1799 ($200 for 30% more battery capacity).

This is a good deal. I got the SNT2421 (slightly smaller battery) for this price from Lowes w/ free shipping. Though the 2421 comes with two chargers that are both significantly faster than the dual charger that comes with this. I guess it comes down to, do you prefer longer run time or faster re-charge time? That said, I would hope that most people buying either one will be able to finish their driveway in one charge.

I saw someone say the new tires on these models is meh. FYI - these tires won't go flat, so they have a clear advantage over the prior tiles that needed inflation. Finally, you are not going to find old stock very easily. Most of last year's models were sold by the start of 2026.

Facebook marketplace is the way to go. I often see last year's models for sale WITHOUT the battery.
