Costco has had this price a few times. It is possible that it could drop to 189 at Black Friday.

The big thing here is that this includes 2 years of AppleCare. For some people that's really important. For others, its not important at all.

I do think this will be $169.99 without AppleCare all over on Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

I was one of the people who originally thought it was not necessarily a big deal to have the AppleCare until I realized it is an easy way to get them replaced each year for free. That is the best way to get value out of it and definitely makes this a solid deal.But as others have mentioned, this is a common deal through Costco.

Better than paying $250 without AppleCare. If you don't immediately need them, I'd wait for aBlack Friday deal. Personally, I would never buy AirPods Pros for more than $150ish. I use/prefer my $60 Shokz OpenMove more than my AirPod Pros 2.

When you get them replaced, do they give new ones or refurbished? I had mine replaced under recall/warranty and they gave me refurbished, which failed about 18 months later.

Simple: Applecare+ covers replacement if the battery health is below 80%. However, there is no way to measure airpods battery health, and this includes the charging case, so they just give you a new one for $30.
