Lenovo Legion Tab Gen 5 is a compact Android gaming tablet that stands out for its 8.8 inch 3K 165 hertz display, Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, and lighter, more portable design than larger rivals. The included G9 case adds a convertible feel, and the tablet is described as having stronger pen support and more screen space than the AYN Portal 3. The main drawbacks are the lack of a memory card slot, a short update window that ends at Android 17 with security updates in about three and a half years, and a price that feels high next to larger or better equipped alternatives.
