Check "Addiesdive" 1000m Dive watch with helium valve and sapphire crystal for $170 on Amazon. I own one and have been impressed with quality.

I would look at the Orient Kamasu/Mako models (Japanese) and Timex Deepwater models (American). Seiko has great divers but not sapphire at this price range typically.

This is like a baby version of their nicer Fujitsobu. Interesting, but not sure it's a good price compared to what it's been.
