Good fixed rate. 1.4% instead of earlier predicted 1.3%. up from just .9% last time. Remember, no need to purchase until end of month to collect November's 5.51% total interest, so no rush. You would 2x your funds in just under 13 years at that rate, assuming a fixed variable rate that averages out to this years variable rate of course.
