This URLIFE E20 looks like a budget fat tire cruiser that stands out for easy throttle takeoff, a step through frame, and practical extras like a rack and fenders. The 750 watt continuous motor with 1000 watt peak power is described as strong, with full throttle speeds around 27 to 28 miles per hour and a detachable battery that can be charged separately. Range depends heavily on use, with real world estimates closer to 15 to 20 miles at higher speeds and much more only with light assist and pedaling. The main cautions are inconsistent specs, a pedal sensor delay, and brakes that need frequent adjustment, making it a solid short trip ride rather than a long range commuter.
Errand riders who want a heavy cruiser, because it can cover about 15 miles at full speed and still feels usable for short trips.
Parents hauling a small child on neighborhood rides, because the throttle can launch from a dead stop and the bike feels great for that use.
Commuters who need a cheap replacement battery later, because compatible batteries are easy to find and relatively inexpensive.
Families using it daily in rough weather, because it has held up through rain, jumps, and outdoor storage for a year or more.
Casual cruisers who want gentle pedal assist, because the power can feel too strong and the pedal sensor has a delay and surge.
Long-range riders, because real-world battery use is closer to about 15 to 20 miles than the advertised 80 miles.
Riders who want a light, easy-to-pedal bike with little drag, because the motor adds noticeable resistance when it is not spinning.
Owners who want low-maintenance braking, because the brakes can need constant adjustment.

All that said, if the battery limitations are acceptable this bike was the one i was benchmarking against for price/perf before building my own for somewhere over $400.
