FWIW, I bought the prestige (not ultra) from Costco 18 months ago and just returned it because it wasn't charging anymore. No clue why. Original blades were still going great though, so I never got around to putting in replacements. I just bought this version. I recommend the registration though to get the 3-year extra warranty..
