Try using one of these backup $40 off codes, if needed: DBDEAL40 or USD1140

Only comes with 1 year for free updates. I'd rather pay more for a bidirectional scanner that has lifetime free updates since I plan to use this for all my future vehicles for many years. I don't remember which brands or models have that feature because I don't need one quite yet, but when I buy one it will only be one that offers free lifetime updates even if it costs twice this price since we all know how companies are all going to subscription based monthly payment BS which adds up over time to cost way more than if you just bought the more expensive model once with free lifetime updates.

You only need updates if you're buying new cars 😉

Had to use the back up code. Didn't receive the PayPal discount. Still a great deal at $200.

Cannot purchase this at the price mentioned above> When I click 'Pay' in the Paypal pop-up window, I get another pop-up window saying 'Discount expired' Current total $368.55.

Edit: I was able to purchase by creating a new account on a different browser without existing AliExpress cookies in the cache. For some reason my existing account could not use any coupons codes and I tried them all.

I have this, but the mx808s instead of the mk808s. Basically the same tool. For $200, that's a steal.

Any reason why? It's hard to compare the two. The Zeus can do so much more. One is a $10,000 scan tool and the other is a $200 scan tool with this deal.

Ordered one even though I already have Xtool D8 from 2022. Free update is expired so this is pretty much the same cost as a one year update cost for the D8. $239.78 - $40.00 + 16.73 = $216.51
Didn't receive the PayPal discount either. 1158 people must've redeemed.

Whats the likelihood of this scanner bricking and become not useable in the future? Interested in your firsthand experience.

I work in a heavy duty shop and use the Autel quite often.
It's fast and easy to use, I've been wanting something better than a code reader that I use for quick CEL faults.
And this does it specially at this process point. $215 out the door.

I like Autel and at this price point even if it was just a code reader it be worth money, aside from monthly plans or yearly plans It's kind of BS but hey it's 2026.

Autel is pretty legit. You should be fine as far as that goes even when the updates expire and if you choose to not renew.
