This CyberPowerPC build is a high end gaming desktop centered on the Ryzen 7 9800X3D and RX 9070 XT, with 32GB of DDR5, a 1TB SSD, and liquid cooling. The parts pricing is framed as reasonable, with the GPU, CPU, RAM, and motherboard alone adding up to roughly the asking price before the rest of the system. The 9800X3D is described as the strongest gaming processor available, and the 9070 XT is treated as roughly on par with an RTX 5070 Ti for gaming. The main hesitation is that GPU prices may keep rising, so waiting for a better deal could be risky. It looks like a strong value if you need a system now.
Gamers wanting a high-end desktop now, because the Ryzen 7 9800X3D and RX 9070 XT deliver top-tier gaming performance without waiting for uncertain GPU pricing.
Builders comparing prebuilt value, because the listed CPU, GPU, memory, and motherboard prices already add up to about the asking price before storage and case.
Players who want strong 4K-capable hardware, because the 16GB graphics card and 32GB DDR5 memory make it competitive with similarly priced alternatives.
Upgraders coming from an older gaming laptop, because this configuration is a major jump in performance and cooling over a seven-year-old portable system.
Shoppers waiting for the absolute lowest GPU price, because graphics card prices are expected to rise and a cheaper replacement may not appear soon.
Buyers who want a quieter air-cooled tower, because this configuration uses liquid cooling instead of a basic fan cooler.
Gamers who want the latest parts at the lowest possible markup, because the savings versus buying the CPU separately are only about $200 to $250.
People trying to stretch a limited PC budget into 4K gaming, because the current parts market makes that target unrealistic at this price.

Microcenter is telling you it's over for the 5090, all listings are "not carried" except for the $10k ASUS ROG 20th anniversary edition. Best Buy doesn't have any to order.
5070 is going up $135, but it wouldn't be surprising if the board manufacturers double or triple that.
If someone needs something now, it might not be good to wait.

yeah msrp increase is gonna be 3x at retail level though. 5080s are over 2700-ish right now, 5070 gonna be over 1.5k by year end if not higher, they're already mostly over 1k. 5070ti gonna 2.3-2.7k. It's super lame.
No, not for gaming. GPU's are a wash (AMD one has more VRAM, 5070 does path tracing better) . The AMD processor in the Cyberpower is the best gaming processor on the market.
You are way off brother on all counts. The 9080X3D is the BEST processor for 1080p, 1440p and even 4K for gaming. The 9070XT hangs with and beats the 5070 TI on most games.
There are certain productivity tasks that the 270K does better, and certain tasks the 9800 does better. Bother are very good at productivity.
