That said, I once again direct you to the better deal in the link below. It uses the highly-reputed YKK zippers and not the average/mediocre DELSEY branded zippers. Be aware that I've had four sets of Costco Delsey luggage and all four had the wheels break off within months of each other.

That said buying luggage from Costco is a smart move because you can always return it

Most carry on luggage exceed the 22 x 14 x 9 inches dimensions. Even the sizers at the airport have a 1" grace buffer on all sides which is why most luggage companies try to leverage the buffer.

Why do you think the most reputed Travelpro Maxlite 5 21" carry on has 23" height (with wheels)?

Heck, I'd be more inclined to buy this luggage because it is leveraging the buffer so you can pack more in the carry on.

For what it is worth, the design/style of the $190 one has vertical stripe molding while the two $99 sets have horizontal ones.
