I have woot shirts that lasted 15 years. My newer woot shirts that I've worn like 10 times are peeling and have holes.

It's only a dollar, but you really do get what you pay for. These shirts aren't made to last so you'll get at least 2-3 years, which isn't bad but they'll end up in a landfill sooner than later.

They look real nice when they arrive but I don't think they last 10 washes before they start peeling away to nothing.

Yes they are essentially disposable fashion statements. Buy a shirt you may want to wear half a dozen times. Buy 6 others for variety. Then plan to buy 6 more half a year later. There is a reason they are so cheap. If you pay $19 a shirt you're doing it wrong and should be buying elsewhere.

What a stupid comment, they're a dollar! If they last 6 months it's a great deal. All clothes end up trash at some point

Fwiw, I've gotten a few of these shirts for my wife and kids and they've (the shirts) been through the wash a bunch of times over the last couple of years and they're still holding up. Dunno exactly how long they will last but so far they don't show any signs of failure anytime soon.
