I bought the identical 52" Phylluz a few weeks ago.

It was easy to hang and lightweight and doesn't wobble but the remote is pretty bad. Also, it usually doesn't remember settings like fan direction even though it's getting current continuously. Don't expect much and you won't be unhappy.

Agreed. I got and installed 3 of these a year ago. The app is horrible. I also had problems with one of the remotes and customer service was a slow email exchange over the course of a week or so, but they eventually helped me solved the problem. Otherwise the fans themselves are fine and does the job well, especially for the price.

Interesting. I had several more added to my cart a few weeks ago and ended up removing them because I read stories in the reviews of remote issues in multi-fan houses.

For me, the downside of the fans forgetting spin direction is when I use them at night in the dark bedroom - I wish they were backlit.

Yes, that was the issue I had - one remote somehow got paired to multiple fans. I had to clear all pairings and connect and pair each remote one at a time (disconnecting the others each time), but eventually got it all sorted out. Would've been nice if the remotes and receivers had DIP switches or something to avoid the cross-pairing issue, but again, for the fan price, I'm not going to complain too much.

Does it hook up with Tuya? My robovacuum had a terrible app and is great in there.
