YMMV - this is a single open-box unit at the Santa Clara store, in-store pickup only. When it's gone, it's gone.
Micro Center (Santa Clara) has one open-box GIGABYTE X870 GAMING WIFI6 AMD AM5 ATX motherboard for $139.96. Important condition note: Micro Center grades this unit "INCOMPLETE: AS IS" (open-box ID 21647), with the remaining manufacturer warranty still applying. "Incomplete" on a motherboard can mean missing accessories (Wi-Fi antennas, cables, manual) - check the CPU socket for bent pins and confirm exactly what is in the box before you leave the store. In-store pickup only; shipping is not available.
Street-price check (checked Nov 4): this board sells new for $197.97 at Newegg and $199.99 at Micro Center, so the street price is about $197.97 at Newegg, and this saves about $58 (about 29%) versus buying new. Same-condition context: Newegg sells a refurbished version of this board for $149.99 shipped, and this same Santa Clara store also lists a separate refurbished unit at $99.99 in store. The open-box unit costs more than that refurb, so compare both in store - the open-box unit carries the remaining manufacturer warranty.
Specs: AMD X870 chipset, Socket AM5 (Ryzen 9000 / 8000 / 7000 series), 4x DDR5 DIMM slots, Wi-Fi 6, 2.5GbE LAN, PCIe 5.0 support. Micro Center SKU 798579.
