Is it me or does this seem like a great deal?

Considering the cpu is also on my frontpage at $310, the motherboard can be found for around $150 and the ram the cheapest I can find from a reputable seller is $489 from B&H? Yes I would agree this seems like a great deal for sure. I have a 7700X in my computer now and its been running everything great, this would be a perfect bundle for someone looking to get into the AM5 / be able to run current games on the highest graphics settings (1440p).

This is slick in this market. Case, psu, aio will run maybe 150 more. Pop in a 9070xt (which is stil the best price/performance GPU out there even with inflated prices) and you'll have a high-mid/ low-high tier gaming machine.

Just ordered. I'll try to sell my x580, 5600x and 32GB of DDR4 on marketplace to recoup some of the expense.

Just wait. With all the data center slowing down, it's a matter of time before the memory prices comes back down.

But then the discounts on cpu and motherboards we are seeing will evaporate. Isn't it ? So the bundle cost will probably remain around the same...

This extremely tempting. I have rtx5070 that needs a home and this could be it.

Its a pretty good deal for sure. For reference I bought similar bundle in Spring 2024 but with a 7800x3d CPU and it was only $470. But in today's prices I would hop on this on a new build absolutely.

Did that come with 32GB DDR5 as well?

This is frankly incredible. I would have expected to pay about this much in 2025 for a mobo, an x3D CPU and 32GB of ram

Yea like driftwood was saying, in 2024 this would have been absolutely terrible pricing, but for current day pricing, this is a great deal. However, it does depend on what CPU you're upgrading from.

Yes, it was a 7800x3d with 32 GB DDR5 Gksill and gigabyte b650 board for $450-$470 through MicroCenter bundle. The $200 increase here from that deal in 2024 that was good but not unheard of it really good in this market.
