I have to call into Xfinity soon because my promo is about to run out - I'm dreading that. Is the 5 year locked price a contract where you HAVE to stay with them for 5 years, or can you bail after a year or when there's a better offer? Considering switching to AT&T Fiber, but change is hard...

Yeah, I hate the very limited quantities of good items, and the mad grab when sometimes you can't even redeem when you are there at the right time and others are redeeming (offer not available to YOU). But it's nice there's a group willing to trade or give away things (like movie $10 credits) that they aren't using.

The price is locked in for $60 a month, plus $10 discount for paying from your bank account. There are no strings and you can quit without oenalty at any time. It's the best no-hassle 1gb internet offer out there. I'm on it and I otherwise hate xfinity.

contact their chat, tell them your brother just got that deal and you'd like the same. They can apply it to existing accounts no issue. They will try to upsell you on shit you don't need during the process so you have to say no to those a few times.

It IS for new customers only. Some folks have gotten lucky to have it applied to their existing accounts. But for the most part, the reps don't allow that. I have tried thrice and at all times they told me to pound sand.

Look under your redeemed benefits, and you should see your Home Depot reward there. If you click on it & scroll down, all the instructions to redeem are there. If you don't see your HD reward in redeemed benefits section & and did get the reward, just add any other offer/deal (like the free appetizer at CityWalk) to 'refresh' your redeemed offers list. Your HD reward should now show.
