Ocarina of Time on Switch 2 is drawing praise for its beautiful visual update, smooth gameplay, and faithful feel that still captures the original adventure. The reimagined world, peaceful music, and more straightforward structure make it an easy, relaxing change of pace for kids or casual play. The digital code has worked for multiple recipients, though some redemptions failed without a clear explanation. Costco gift cards can also cut the effective price to around $48, making the deal even stronger.
Costco sells $100 Nintendo gift cards for $80, which can bring the effective digital code cost to about $48.
Costco eShop gift cards can be purchased at a 20% discount during 11/6 through 11/8, and the gift card email reportedly arrives nearly immediately.
The reimagined world reportedly looks beautiful and the gameplay reportedly feels very smooth after starting the game.
The digital code reportedly worked for multiple recipients, including people who received the code through sharing at work.
The in-store physical copy reportedly is not the foil limited edition that is listed at $62.99.
The digital code reportedly failed for some recipients, and the failure reason was not clear.
A Walmart order reportedly arrived early on the 5th, but the foil cover appeal may depend on personal preference for foil and holographic prints.
A buyer reportedly could not match a $50 Walmart price after receiving the game from Amazon at $60.
