I also have one that looks like these, well at least one that looks like it, a Gameboy Advance SP.

It clearly will play up to GBA games, has anyone tried a ps1 or PSP emulator on it? I know it lacks thumbsticks.

These are great if you're willing to buy aftermarket SD cards and invest the time to build it out properly. I set up one for myself, two friends, and my fiance. I used the most simple UI, minUi on all of them, plus added a ton of roms. Everybody loves em.

The Micro SD cards that come with these are definitely junk, but the units themselves are fine if you keep in mind that this is a $40 device

I would add that with what a solid microSD card can run you these days, if you don't already have a SanDisk, Samsung, PNY, etc. card laying around and you find the Anbernic device you purchase includes a Kioxia branded card, don't feel too rushed to have to replace those cards; at least not right away. SanDisk and Samsung cards are generally better; but people in the retro handheld community like Russ from the "Retro Game Corps" on YouTube have mentioned that Kioxia cards = Toshiba.

They aren't 100% perfect either; but they are usually much more reliable than the generics. I probably wouldn't put precious data you couldn't afford to lose on one; but for this purpose, they generally have a much less frequent failure rate than the non-branded cards these handhelds can sometimes come with. If you get a generic non-branded black or blue card with your unit, those are the ones you want to try to replace as soon as you can.

Will these work without WiFi?
Suspicious that there's malware that will attack whatever network I'm on, given some other findings recently.
