Have used both and I'm. Kingroon fan, for certain. I also like these quite a bit - tend to use Kingroon for PETG since they float a lot of really great deals (though I'm starting to run out of space).

Used geetech tricolor silk and it was the most stringy I've used. Prints fine if printed through a dryer. I only bought 5 purple gold black and I absolutely hate the way it looks printed. The individual colors are ok by themselves. The gold is different between two of the same spool. I bought another 5 pack of silk and 1 was open.Kingroon, no complaints. No open packs so far. Good prints. Washed out and ugly colors like skin brown and orange but the rest are ok. Good for the price on petg and pla. Can't speak to silk.
