Be aware, this may need a $10 insert to work with your Macbook: https://www.amazon.com/stores/pag...rms=insert

It apparently comes with F/G/H inserts, so most everything from 2020 onwards should fit (but probably not Neo or the just released OLED Pro)

I do see one review that says that: Very nice. It came with 3 different inserts. My MacBook Pro M4 16" fits perfectly with the G insert. It's not squeezing it, and not rattling around loose, just nestled perfectly. The stand has even got feet that keep it from slipping.

I also see

From reviews:
This does not fit new MacBook Airs. The inserts are too wide, and the computer will be loose and wobble.

[all caps is theirs] THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT FIT THE MACBOOK AIR M2, M3 or M4 13" OR 15" AS SHIPPED.
YOU NEED A SEPARATE "INSERT I" THAT IS AN ADDITIONAL TEN DOLLARS. THE LISTING IS NOT CLEAR ON THIS! I'M STILL NOT CLEAR IF THE M4 MBA WILL FIT EVEN WITH THE ADDITIONAL INSERT! TWELVE SOUTH, MAKE THIS MORE EXPLICIT!

The stand looks great, no issues there. I have an M4 MacBook Air (13")… (2025?) and it sits in the recommended insert, but it's not snug at all - my computer leans one way or the other.

This item does not contain inserts for MacBook Air M2 (2022) as indicated. They'll charge you another $15 to get the proper insert.

The MacBook Air is super loose in this product. Looks great but not the form-fit I was expecting.

Thanks for posting those reviews. I have an M2 so I won't be ordering this.

I don't understand this product. So you have to take your MacBook out of it and open it to turn it on, and then when you put it in clamshell, you put it in there standing up? And then if you ever need to get back to it, you have to remove it again?

Usually when I get to my main workstation, the laptop is usually already spun up just in standby. I will simply plug it into the TB5 port and drop it into this dock. It prevents the laptop from taking up its entire horizontal surface on the desk.

Had one for five years, works perfectly.
