Still nothing. We drove around for an hour. Even had DS crawl under the house.

I really don't see where she could have gotten out. Makes me wonder about my neighbors.

I've posted an ad at petfinders. I'm going to call the humane shelter again in the morning.

It's going to storm here in a bit and I know she is scared.
Hoping she finds her way home. Frown

made it to SD safely. Traffic was surprising good. I made it in about 2.5 hours.

Arj was right, the weather is really cool right now. bout 70 degrees at 2pm. So much for taking the girls to the beach, which is cooler.

Anyways, this is my first trip to SD in about 8 yrs. Not much has changed (which is good), it's a great city. They have the benefit of developing after LA took the plunge in urban sprawling. DW already mentioned maybe retiring here.

Funniest thing, I stoped by a Mobile gas station... they had a fully stocked beer frig with Dog Fish 60 and 90; Stone Bastard, IPA, and Pale Ale; and several other high end beers.

After tomorrow's conference, we're going to downtown and walk around a bit.

OMG YOU GUYS!! OMG OMG OMG!!!

The concert was farking AWESOME!! I'm serious. It was the best one I've ever been to even better than Def Leppard and I didn't think that was possible. He did over FIFTY songs and sang for over three hours. THREE HOURS OF PAUL McCARTNEY! He did Day in the Life and the part where the music swirls up they had the lights going so fast and pictures in the background flashing...I almost cried I was so overwhelmed laugh out loud (I don't cry. Always make fun of people who cry at concerts, lol). He did Live and Let Die...and you know the part where it goes "Live and let die...BOOM BOOM" really loud? When it did that part the whole front of the stage shot up these HUGE fireballs...I could feel the heat from them. They they had firework type things flashing up during the song. (This was all inside too, lol.) He did Hey Jude, Lady Madonna, Paperback Writer, Yesterday, Band on the Run, Helter Skelter, Sergent Pepper (OMG!), Give Peace a Chance, Get Back, Let it Be...tons more...TONS AND TONS more.

At the last encore he sang the second Sergent Pepper "We're Sergent Pepper's lonely heart club band...we hope you have enjoyed the show." and then he incorporated the end of Abbey Road into it "And in the end the love you make is equal to the love you take....ahhhh AHHHHH" It was so amazing to see him in person and those songs I grew up listening to and hearing them from HIM...I was just in awe. We stood over three hours, everyone did. Before the concert started there were tons of severe weather warnings in Nashville...they said it was the worst storm to hit there this year. Didn't see any damage or anything when we left. OMG you guys. It was so so so so so so so so so SO COOL!

I got a tshirt.

You can't see much laugh out loud But someone uploaded a video and you can see the fire they shot off during live and let die. We were right in the front section in front of the stage on the left. It's really cool and was so farking cool in person.

Glad you had a great time, Autumn! Sounds like an awesome show. Rock

I have a full agenda today, too. No clue when my parents will be getting here this week. They're visiting their own parents and are staying until their parents make them crazy. Ironic much? laugh out loud

LMAO Just caught a kitchen towel on fire. Already had the tongs in my hand so I flung it in the sink and put it out. Please let this not be an indicator of how my day is going to go. On the plus side I just bought new kitchen towels and this wasn't one of the new ones.

Seriously? WTF?

Monday and Tuesday mornings are our early mornings. DW has to be at work at 6:00 so we ('she', I just kick her till she gets up) get up at 4:45.

At 3:45 THIS MORNING my doorbell rings. My first thought is Molly (no, not that she was ringing the bell but that it was about her). I look out the bedroom window and there is an SUV parked IN MY GRASS.

I grab a shirt and answer the door. It is a woman who asks if she can leave her vehicle there IN MY GRASS because she ran out of gas. She has to get to Waffle House for her shift. (I should have asked if Tiger Woods could pick her up)

Of course I say yes btu this morning I get to thinking - "What's wrong with just leaving it on the side of the road?" and "There's a freaking SCHOOL across the street. Seems like that would have been a good spot to leave it."

I did take a pic of her tag number just in case.

Called the pound. They had a 'sheltie' dropped off this morning so I ran by there. Idiot woman obviously has no clue what a sheltie is.

Autumn, I'm so glad you had such a good time! I loved reading your post because there was so much enthusiasm all the way through. I laughed at the last sentence because the whole post is omg omg omg and then you just simply say, "I got a shirt." laugh out loud

I think that's awesome that you get to experience that with your daughter.

Iagree She just happened to run out of gas on your lawn? Huh Which is more awkward? Leaving your car in front of someone's house or leaving it on tehir lawn and waking them up in the middle of the night?
