Patrick just told me tonight that he thinks he'll be going to a horse show August 16th - 21. He missed Mother's Day, our anniversary, both kids birthdays and Thanksgiving..now he's gonna miss my birthday. Fine. Whatever.

Other times it's ok I guess. Like for the kids birthday I'm there and I make sure they have fun. Same for Thanksgiving and mother's day. Our anniversary was kind of a bust but that wasn't a huge deal I guess...but dang it...who's gonna make my birthday fun? lol To be honest I was kinda hurt cause he didn't even say "I'm going to miss your birthday"...I said "Hey that's my birthday" and he just kind of nodded and went on. Money is money though I guess. Only thing I've ever asked is that he won't go away on my birthday and on Christmas.

Then his mom is coming right after to stay with us for at least TEN DAYS because she wants to see the horse show he is doing here and apparently wants to go all the nights. So I'll be cleaning anyway and looking forward to that visit Facepalm lol
