Worked for me too, but told me I was done for the year. (This was my second redemption this year and that is all that is allowed.) If you click on the "My Credits" link (near top of page) and scroll down you should see a history of all your previous code entires and redemptions.

I just logged in today and noticed there appears to be a glitch in the system. I had claimed a free box last month and today when I was about to enter in two more codes for the month, I noticed the claimed free box was there again, so I filled it out and now I'm maxed out for 2 claimed boxes for the year. I don't know if it will go through though since I didn't officially enter in 5 total codes the 2nd time around to get the free box.

Don't contact L'Oreal about it though. Let's wait and see if the coupon comes in the mail.Smilie

No, I wasn't able to enter codes. The site seems all messed up. I ordered a free coupon, we'll see what happens.

I also got an email saying, "The other email we sent you was wrong! Your account isn't about to expire."

Only problem is, they never sent an email saying my account was going to expire. So who knows what is going on.

There's a good chance they shut you out for entering too many wrong passwords. Contact them and ask how to get your account reinstated.

It should be simple. They may email you, to verify that you own the linked email account. Or they may ask you some of your personal information, to verify the account.

There is also a chance this is a glitch. I got a weird email from them the other day, telling me to ignore the previous email. But there was no previous email, so it was very strange.
