No worries. I've made my peace with the situation. I'm a big-dog guy at heart--we only got the little 'uns b/c our house was so small. If I get another mini dachshund it'll be a Small Auxiliary Backup Dog (I'll have at least one Large Main Dog at that point).

Besides, the cat can beat up both of those dogs any day.

Oh gross! I'll let my German Shepherd Dog lick my feet almost any time, but stay away from my face! She eats bugs and her own poop. She licks the back door, the deck, the railing, the table, her butt, her paws...

My one dog literally turns a 180, lifts his tail, and starts going at his butt hole furiously. Both dogs also lick each others dongs... so yea... no.

It's funny, the other night I was thinking about this thread. My new dog, Bella, loves to lick my face and she tries her damnest to lick in my mouth. She has stolen my heart, but I still think I will pass on the frenching.
