I have confirmed this working on two emails (took surveys at noon, received email with codes 5 hours later). Survey is only 3 short questions long. HONESTY here people! Who am I kidding. I legitimately had PunchTab with one domain, but nothing on the other email. I just took the second survey for kicks to see what would happen.

I left domain blank for the second email. This second email had nothing tied to PunchTab at all but was still sent a code
