Sit4Less promotional code FBS4L05 works on Herman Miller products for an extra 10% off which stacks with the Herman Miller 15% bi-annual sale (ends today).

For those of you who are in the market for an Eames or an Aeron this means you get it cheaper than should be possible as Herman Miller prohibits vendor discounts.

15% off for HM sale (annual sale)
10% off code: FBS4L05
Total Savings: 23.5% from the cheapest of the authorized dealers (110% price match guaranty).

I used it on an Aeron and I already received it with no cancellation or hastle.

These chairs are worth it to those who are in the market for and this price is not replicable so please don't TC for them costing more than other chairs.
If you purchase something through a post on our site, Slickdeals may get a small share of the sale.

Much happier with Ergohuman leather chairs than the Herman Miller ones. If you're in the market for a $500-$600 chair, check out the Ergohuman ones.

high end chairs are one of those things you have to try out before you buy.

reviews are great, but a chair that's perfect for one person, may not be for another.

also - I would advise against buying a base model chair - I've found the upgrades definitely worth it.

Make sure you got the optional pneumatic lift/tilt lock. Those chairs are worthless without it. Best $94 extra I've ever spent.

I totally agree with the try out part.

Most people I have talked to say the Herman Miller Aeron is great, but I found myself liking the Mirra better than the Aeron. Embody is more comfortable than Mirra, but the price difference was too great when I bought my Mirra.

FWIW, I've never regretted my Aeron purchase (about 11 years ago now). For some reason they had a few at my local Costco (never seen them there before or since) so I bought one. It was pretty expensive but considering most other people in my office have gone through two chairs since then (my company buys pretty cheap chairs) and none of them are nearly as comfortable as my Aeron, I don't regret the purchase at all.

Of course, I still have my cheap $15 leather Staples chair from back in that time frame (that rarely gets used) in my home office, so I suppose that was definitely a better bang-for-the-buck purchase... But that thing was uncomfy when it was new, let alone now.

This is why I'm fat...I can stand to sit on a $30 office chair and have plenty of bottom cushion and side padding to not have to get a $600 chair for comfort.
