We have *friends* (yes I use that term loosely...they are J's friends but have not really ever been very friendly to me) that recently had twins. They send several text pics of the babies EVERYDAY. I am getting rather annoyed. What would you do?

Background...I was pregnant with LJ, belly popped out like I was smuggling a basketball and dealing with my liver issues. We visit these friends BEFORE she was even pregnant. She had tubes tied, tried surgery for reversal didn't work, they were currently prepping for IVF. They don't even acknowledge my pregnancy. The guy lifts up her shirt to show us where she has to give herself shots saying, "look how beat up she is" and "J's gonna be an uncle!!!!!!" Really?! He's gonna be a daddy for the second time...that is a reality. You're not even pregnant but Yahoo! J's gonna be an uncle. Daddy has 2 grown children from 2 different baby mamas and he wasn't in their lives until they were out of HS. Crazy Before we move I get together a HUGE box of goodies for the babies and in my card apologize that we'll be moved when they have the baby shower, but here's your gift now kind of thing. Yeah, 12 packs of Pampers, buttpaste, 5 packs of mega wipes, Always for mommy, BBW shower gel for mommy, candles for mommy and a separate sack of gowns that LJ outgrew already. J received a "thank you" via text on his phone (they obviously have my number since they keep sending me pics of the babies and know that J didn't get these gifts), but I was a little Annoyed that I didn't so much get a thank you, boo, KMA, go to hell, nada. Last week I got a text wanting to know what we used for LJ when he had the start of cradle cap. I replied back with the product name and asked how everyone was doing but didn't get a response. Once again no, thanks, boo, KMA...you get the picture. So now, I am getting 3-4 text pics a day and am getting very Annoyed. WWTCCersD? laugh out loud

Nik, I did send them the lube pic and told them it's on clearance at Kmart. They did not respond. Roll

F- them. Really. I'd totally call them on it and text and ask her if she rec'd your last message. Then ask her to kindly stop sending so much junk mail that is clogging up your phone and costing you money to receive (whether it is or not). Inconsiderate bastards. I have no tolerance for that. I was thinking of sending pics of poopy diapers, spit up, crying at 3 am...ya know. I heart me some unlimited texting Wink

Yes - they feel like movies! Sometimes I wake up and have to sit there a moment wondering if something actually happened or not. I can't tell you how many times I've run to the kid's room, to the dog, etc... because I SWEAR they were calling or barking or whatever.

I always get horrible vivid nightmares the first 2 weeks that I am pregnant. I *should* know by now, but it takes a wee bit to sink in. We went inside to investigate and when we came out the car and her brother were on fire. Haha, Sharon sent me a puke pic once. (DS got sick on the carpet) Just to give me a visual of the rough day she was having. I thought it was hilarious.
