the tragic shooting has nothing to do with the president, gun laws, military, etc.. so it'd be much appreciated if we can all grieve and share our sadness together, without the controversial off topic mumble jumble that will get others riled up. so no trolling please. kthx.

Why do you think there's barely been any coverage on ABC, NBC, CBS, etc. of the shooting at the mall in oregon a few days ago? The gun was stolen. Had it been purchased legally they would be reporting it non stop. As soon as authorities found out the AR was stolen, the media dropped the story for the most part.

I don't see how there can be a shooting at a school since there is a federal law prohibiting guns on or even near school grounds, plus the school probably had its own "no guns allowed" sign posted at the entrance.

Dontknow Maybe we should just make them illegal everywhere so it won't be a problem. It worked with cocaine, heroine, meth, etc. so why wouldn't it work with guns, too?
