Sounds good - definitely let me know how things are going! She's a ton of fun - the first picture was just one on my cell phone while we were grocery shopping. She just loves to be out and about!

I haven't bought any mascara or spent a single cent of my own money at Sephora since Christmas laugh out loud I did get a couple hundred in store credit from some returns so I bought a couple full size products I needed (philosophy moisturizer and Oles sheer transformation). I'm pretty stocked on stuff!


You ladies will appreciate how hard this was - I gave a good friend of mines wife access to my stash while her husband helped us move. I gave her one of those Neiman marcus totes (about the size of a lunch bag) and let her fill it up! I didn't even look at what she took - I just needed to let some stuff go. She was HILARIOUS. She's in her early 40's but it was like watching a kid at Christmas haha.

You know what is sad though - it's been over a month and I still have no idea what she took laugh out loud

Oh, I have to show this to you girls laugh out loud After a long day at the park, I came home and gave DD her cup of milk. I was in the kitchen starting dinner and I walked into the living room and this was what I saw:



I told my husband he's a bad influence on her - that's how he looks at night sometimes but with a beer laugh out loud It just made me laugh that she crawled over to the pillow, laid down and looked so rough haha!

This seriously made me laugh out loud!!! I can understand a kid thinking it isn't real but thinking it is santa dressed as a bunny is the best I've heard yet! The dinosaur thing is funny, I wounder who told him that?! A religious nut sounds about par for that...good luck getting to the bottom of it!!

it made me laugh out loud too. the easter bunny sits at the same place at the mall for photos as santa. maybe that's why he came up with that theory. idk, that's my theory about his theory though.

i'm wondering if it's school. really the only people he stays with is my mother and i believed in the dinosaurs when i was little. so unless she's crazier than i thought it's has to be school. he says the dinosaurs are a scam and people planted the bones. i know he isn't coming up with that by himself.

DBF is in genetics and does a lot of cool things with evolution, etc. You'd be shocked by how many religious people come up to him and say thing like, "You don't really believe in evolution...or dinosaurs, right?" It was quite entertaining at first, but now, I've watched him cornered so many times that I feel sorry for him because the conversation always looks like two people banging their heads against the wall, yet people feel the need to "test his beliefs."

that's why i think it's some religious nut job or some religious nut job's kid that he's in school with. what religions don't believe in the dinosaurs? i could narrow it down that way. i need to keep questioning him.

he only watches nick jr, disney and sports. i know there is a dinosaur show he does watch sometimes and he's had dinosaur toys since he was a baby.

The santa at the mall theory is pretty plausible, that could be it. It could be school about the dinosaurs - sometimes you get a kook teacher that feels it is their right to interject their beliefs to students instead of just teaching facts. Facepalm DD's teachers are going to HATE me.

I feel bad for your DBF! I can't stand stupid people. I have my ideas and beliefs - I let others have theirs. However they always feel so compelled to argue and try to show you the light laugh out loud It'd drive me nuts on a regular basis!

Yea, DBF made a pretty big discovery regarding evolution last October that landed him a Science article, which is a pretty big deal, so he tends to talk about that with religious people...who then have the nerve to ask him if he essentially "believes his own work." Then, they feel the need to work harder converting him. He says it's an especially big issue with the religious parents of friends he grew up with. It's shocking how often this occurs.

I was just going to say the same thing! i much prefer last year's version, although i suppose this year's is more compact for travel.

i meant to do returns last week but i only got in some exchanges. i'm glad i did the exchanges before the stuff went on clearance but i didn't want to do both bc the store was already hesitant to let me exchange without receipt. i'm going to end up bringing $400 worth to the farther store bc i don't want it to go against my closer store.

i also ordered a bunch of stuff from target (there's a bunch of stuff on clearance - got some sweaterdresses for wearing with leggings on flights) and have a big kohls order coming in. very overwhelmed!
