How to generate your own $10 off $50 coupon
With Staples blocking sign-ups from common free email services, it is now more challenging to generate coupons. But have no fear, there are still many ways to go about it. Here is an overview of the easiest way.
You'll first need to buy a domain name. Check out registrars like namecheap.com and name.com, and shop around for deals.
Then, sign up with an email service provider that offers a "catch-all" mailbox feature. This means that emails sent to any address at your new domain will automatically be collected into that catch-all mailbox, essentially giving you unlimited email addresses. For example, if your domain is example.com, emails sent to [email protected] (fill in the blank with whatever you want) can be automatically sent to [email protected]. No need to create new email accounts.
Gmail via Google Apps for Business [google.com] offers the catch-all mailbox feature, as does many other email service providers. It's also possible that your domain registrar included email services when you bought your domain from them (though they may not necessarily offer a catch-all mailbox). Search around for a service that you like.
This sounds complicated and time consuming, but it's really not. Feel free to PM me if you need some general advice about the process. -Olafur

"We're sorry, but coupon does not match any of our existing offers. Please check your coupon and try again."
I keep getting this error when I try to use the $10 off $50 coupon and Yes I have $56 worth of items in cart. Tried checking out via "Guest" option. Still the same error. Any one knows what might be the reason? I generated the coupon 30 mins back, so it has not been used before.

I got a coupon yesterday off a Swagbucks Staples ad and it came up expired when I tried to use it online even though the expiration date was 1/26. Staples is so screwed up at times.

Was anyone able to use the $10 off $50 coupon today. Just want to make sure it is still alive and Staples did not kill it.
I happened to call the customer service and they confirmed to getting the same error. The rep wanted me to forward the email with the coupon to them, not sure if it would be a good idea , as it is my junk email different from my rewards email. The item I am trying to purchase has an instant saving to it. Not sure if it is preventing the coupon though.

Hopefully this is not the end for this coupon. Perhaps they will work again in a few days like the $25/$75's a few weeks ago.
Fyi: the coupons I requested last week worked fine tonight. It was only the coupons that I requested tonight that would not work.
The one I received just a couple minutes ago (20 Jan 15) that expires 19 Feb 15, that does NOT work, is unfortunately also a 71512.
