awd's are live deals and they come/go soooo fast that it's only fair to keep this thread in hot deals so more can get in on the deal rather than having to click to a different forum for it.
during downtime, we understand users like to "kill time" by talking about non-related deals to the topic. there are many reasons why moderators separate deals discussion and off topic conversations (you are not being singled out, just ask users in mega threads like kohls, target, victoria secret and drugstore forums).
mega threads tend to draw a fairly large user base. not everyone cares what you had for dinner or how many degrees it is outside. they come for the deals and wading thru off topic convos is just a waste of time for them. other times, the off topic is based on personal opinions or disagreements. <--- that leads to bickering, name calling and insults. no one can change the mind of another person's so going back and forth leads to nothing but mods coming in to remove posts and/or issuing warnings when it's over the top. we don't want to do that nor do we have time for that
