So I got the decision from the unemployment appeal, they decided in my favor. But oddly it says that crappy employer has 20 days to appeal the appeal. I don't get it. How can they have 20 days to appeal when they didn't even bother to reply to the first appeal? That just seems ridiculous to me.

DH is still tiling the bathroom; so I am on DD duty. Hopefully he can finish with putting up the tile today so we can grout it sometime this week and then move onto drywall repair and repainting. And then to fix the ceiling downstairs. Ugh. This is the never ending project.

The tub itself is fine. We were unable to use it because the tile walls were leaking because they weren't installed correctly. Thank goodness. Although we did have that bathroom down to the studs so we were only one step away from pulling the tub out.

Lots to love at our place then...the first pic is upstairs, the second is the ceiling of the downstairs that got ruined from the leaking.
