The groundskeepers aerated the turf around our office last night. The sprinkler systems ran this morning. VF slipped on a wet piece of red clay in the grass this morning. I now have a twisted left ankle that's rather tender. It's not sprained or broken or anything that serious, but it's majorly annoying. Annoyed

I made the executive decision to return home for lunch and the afternoon. Due to the extreme lack of activity at the office, my group lead had no problems with this. This will allow me to keep my twisted ankle comfortably elevated all afternoon. Thought about taking a hydrocodone, took an anti-inflammatory instead. It doesn't hurt nearly bad enough to require hydrocodone. shake head

That really sucks. I hope it feels better, but if not put some lemon juice on it.
