For the guys down at Brooks Sandwich House, I'll prepare several dozen small pastries filled with the crab/shrimp/veggie/crumb stuffing, and freeze them. For us here at home, I bought some Pepperidge Farm puff pastry cups and will stuff them then top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese shreds.

Got out of the house at 8:30 this morning, hit the grocery for remaining needed items, then the ATM and the barber shop. Got a phone call from Mrs. Frog asking me to pick up more items, so another grocery visit on the way home. Since returning, I've spent a LOT of time finely chopping veggies and sauteing them in a mixture of butter, olive oil, and cooking sherry. I planned to use Pinot Noir, but it seems Mrs. Frog used the last of it and left the near-empty bottle standing on the counter. Mixed together all the veggies, chopped shrimp, crab meat, fresh-chopped parsley, cracker crumbs, more sherry and more melted butter, and now the whole mix is chilling in the fridge while I take a break.
When I get started again, it's time to roll out the cream-cheese pastry and cut a bunch of circles, stuff them with the chilled seafood/veggie mix, and crimp them with a fork. I'll also prepare several of the puff pastry cups topped with Parmesan for us to enjoy later tonight.
If I have any time left this afternoon, I'm going to try to catch the Deadpool movie.

As long as Food Network keeps Emeril's recipes posted, you'll have a good idea how my cooking style works.
I've turned out another couple dozen pies, and taking another break. I hadn't considered it, but I haven't had a damned thing to eat since about 10:00 am.
They should give people with regular coffees first rather than making us wait for the pests with the fancy orders
I took out the puff pastry 'cups' tonight, but they're completely flat until they're baked and push down the center. I wasn't planning on baking anything this evening, so I'll wait on them until tomorrow afternoon/evening.
