So apparently Windstream customer service is peopled with morons. Realized that since the email said "professional install" I might need to be home for it. Got on chat to confirm, and yes, and I was told that they'd be there between 8-5 on 11/23... of course, the email told me it was going to be 11/16. Then I was told that the order did not specify professional install, and 11/23 is the earliest they can be out. I rescheduled for 11/25 since I'm going to be home that day anyway. Now I'm having this agent confirm the full order details for me, and emailing myself a copy of the chat log.

Okay, the only other thing they screwed up was the fact that I'll be providing my own modem, so I got that taken care of too. Allegedly.

Thankfully no. I first halved my daily doses several months ago. Stayed at half daily doses for a few months, went to MWF after that, then Mon/Thursday, then Monday only, and finally stopped altogether two weeks ago. Still on the lookout for any after/side effects, but so far none, and hoping it stays that way for a long long time.
