Bay leaf
White pepper, black pepper
Pink and White Sea salt
Cumin
Garlic powder
A dash of Cayenne
I just have that all in the slow cooker with some green lentils
Tomorrow am I will Sautee some carrots, garlic and onions in olive oil and blend it all together and let sit together and blend for a bit before enjoying it for lunch
Sometimes I add celery or tomatoes but I don't have any on hand and with soup, I just wing it with what is in the pantry and cupboard
