Are any notifications sent by certified mail? Something came for me and I assume it's something bad but I'm wondering if there is a possibility of a prize notification? I would guess they wouldn't waste money sending a certified letter when they could just email.

I don't think I've ever received a certified letter about a sweeps, but I have received a regular letter about one; I wondered why they hadn't emailed me to tell me that I'd won.

I received a certified letter for a sweeps years ago. It contained notarization forms...So yes it could possibly be from a sweeps....can't be any different than signature required from FedEx or UPS
