Just an FYI, if you log in to the USPS site, you can usually see at least sender info, but that info doesn't show on the notification emails.

Received a FedEx text that a package from PRIZELOGIC was delivered. Got home, no package. Looked it up and I am missing a 1.3 lb package from Lake Orion, MI. Ugh. First off, I want to know what it is before I stress about where it could be!

Take another look around the property and then call fedex. Some yrs back I had a crate of ammo being delivered and left a note on the front door to deliver to my neighbor and the driver left it in my driveway a few times he tossed packages over the fence

Tis the season for thefts in our area. People follow the FedEx/UPS trucks around and pick up after they drop off.

I hate that. Yesterday I had scheduled delivery between 12:45-2:35, so when do they drop my package off? 7:30 at night, they don't ring the doorbell or knock at all. They parked 5 houses up the street and walked to my house. If I hadn't heard them in the distance and known about the delivery it would have sat on my porch over night for anyone who wanted to steal it. WTH?

And to make matters even worse, they hire bunches of temporary drivers for the holiday season so they don't always know (or care) about the best place to leave packages. I'm still waiting for UPS to start delivering to my neighbor's back stoop like they did numerous times last year. There are no addresses posted because it is the back door behind a small fenced in yard and anything placed there is easily viewable from the nearby busy alley. The front doors on the other hand have addresses posted and you could leave a refrigerator by the front door and you wouldn't be able to see it from the street/alley.

Neighbor across the road from me lives on 10 acres with a chain link fence. They put his packages in a bag and tie them to the gate, which is near the road. He never knows they are there unless he leaves out that way.

My daughter lives in Jacksonville. She has a nice screened in front porch. Screen is actually popped out of the door at the moment so all they have to do is sit right inside on the porch out of sight. But no, even after being asked to, they put it at her side door that is a small porch barely covered from the rain. It's her neck of the woods that people follow the trucks around. I live in a small rural town, not as bad.

Has anybody ever had any issues with UPS Mail Innovations losing a package? It's something I ordered, and tracking on their site says "transferred to PO, no further tracking avail" on the 25th of November, and there is no USPS info. None of the numbers there work on the USPS site. I've tried emailing UPSMI via their contact link, and no response. Does anybody know how to contact them directly to ask where this package has gone?

dont know either mine was sent to PO two weeks ago haven't received it UNLESS it was the Virginia Slim lighter - package sent from Utah

Being it is something you ordered and you know the company name, you would have better luck contacting the company you ordered from and have them trace the package for you. If they can't trace it, most reputable companies will send you a replacement.
