I order Tue and it was sent email the next day. You might have to order one of the new flavor crust pizza. Which are the same price.

yup, no survey :| ordered pizza online monday. looks like empathica is the legitimate site that handles their surveys. This may be targeted for specific regions

Actually buy some food from there, and on the back of the receipt it tells you what site to go to for the survey. When you finish it you get the coupon sent to you the next day. You need the store number and your order number, can't remember exactly what it was called but its on the receipt too

Yeh, I know where to find the number on the receipt but since we don't still have the receipt, I just had to make a number up.
