I was a customer with comcast for $29.99 for 25 mbps... and my 1 year promotion is over. I called the retention department and they gave me $34.99 for 75mbps.

comcast promo is always regional. My mom just one zip code over and she doesnt get this offer. I got this offer in my zip but my HOA has contract with them so I can't get this.

its because you have competitors in ur area. if they know they are the cheapest one or no other competitors in ur area, they wouldnt budge. so its not because of you know how. its just because ur lucky.
