A fun little word that I've had to learn in the last week.
Guess who is going in for surgery number 13?
At least I think it's 13.. I kind of lost track along with body parts..but this time I get some shiny new parts added like metal cage and screws..
Anyone have experience with this? Do tell...

Not that this was anything like what you've had to deal with.

I may go through some kind of SD withdrawal during the 2-4 days in the hospital. Oh yeah.. I'll have my phone. :wipes brow:
You're going to be okay. It's scary and painful but you may heal faster than the predicted year and you'll definitely be glad once its over.

Are you offering to give her sponge baths or do I really need glasses?
Thanks,
Yeah I know I am likely adding to my anxiety over it.. maybe more so than warranted.
All of my previous surgeries were organs, tissue or cutting into muscle (other than when the horse fell on me and popped my leg right out of the hip socket ) this is the first "bone" involved surgery and I know it will take much longer to heal. Plus...none of my fam lives out here... so ...no one to whine to in person, or to act all brave and shit in front of
I wonder if Long Island Iced Teas count toward the hydration.
