Lines with the Unlimited plans get deprioritized after using 25 GB, this amount might change every few months or so depending on overall usage. Unlimited lines allow up to either 7 or 14 GB of tethering usage each month.
Don't know if these questions have been answered yet, but...
Will I lose my grandfathered Match-Your-Data (5GB/$10/mo) data-only line(s)?
NO, you will not. Those lines are considered a completely separate promotion from the voice plan, and were permanently grandfathered in by a previous "uncarrier" initiative. As long as you do NOT change or cancel those lines, those will remain (even when switching voice plans).
Will I lose my grandfathered Family Stateside International ($10/mo/acct)?
YES, you will. My rep tried everything in the book (short of intervention by Mr. John himself) and was not able to keep the feature when switching to this new (or the previous recent plans after the 2-for-$100 promo ended). The higher-ups my rep talked to also showed him documentation that mentioned this feature will be lost if the plan was switched.
What about existing accounts with Corporate Discounts?
Currently there are mixed answers from CSR. Will need people to confirm few months later.
Based on all the posts, we know from previous promotion plan any (grandfathered in ) corporate discount won't applied.
Your account will likely still marked on their system with corporate discount (so chat from CSR may said you will keep corporate discount) but that doesn't mean your plan will actually get any discount.
The main question is if these plans are promotion plan or normal plan?
I got the 15% gov discount, making the 4 Unlimited for $127.50.
How much tethering / HotSpot do we get?
Unlimited LTE = 14GB HotSpot per line per month.
10GB/mo LTE = 10GB + Current Data Stashed (up to 20GB) HotSpot per line per month (counts against your data bucket).

Tethering Data allocations are NOT included in the data rollover. Your tethering is a flat amount based on remaining data month to month with no rollover.
