Had to use iPads for bachelorette, that took forever to do check in but ads worked.
Now tidy tried iPhone again and endless tries to check in and then crash to menu page or circle of death.
Seriously, what is point of 8x show. Either they purposely F it up, since androids don't work and iPhones give u 8-10min breaks, or 5 min break and half hr show.
Then either they can't handle all the checkins or they screw it up. I'd understand if checkins were messed up during bachelor, but not this morning after 9am if it was overflow of people checking in.
I ALSO LIKE HOW THEY CUT BACK ON POINTS ON THEIR OTHER APPS WHEN THEY GIVE MORE PTS FOR VIGGLE APP. All last night all I got was one pt for perk tv app, usually I get 1, 2 and some 3 pts. Even this morning all I'm getting is one points. Same thing happened last week.
Gotta love it.
I don't understand.
We have done nothing they list and her info is correct.
I really hate this bull of wasting our time and only find out at time of redemption of cancellation.
That's $50 down the drain.
I'm guessing mine will be cancelled if I try since we are on same ip.
Total bull.

BTW, if you hit the tax info requirement already, you're doing pretty good with Perk-- over a $100 a month average.

We haven't changed the total number used, just rotated the apps we use on them. We were using kindles for perk tv, but they would not work at times. So we switch them to perk tv onto our word devices.
We used android for viggle, but that stooped working so we switched to iPhones.
When it didn't work on we switch to iPad like yesterday.
I don't know if we overlapped, iPhone to iPad, or kindle to android devices. If just using the devices at one time counts as a device used and then adding another, but never using the other, now counts as two devices. Even though we only used one at a time.
I guess when a device stops working for an app you have to suffer.
I know with kindle the devices went to sleep and we started using another device before we realized that the kindles still had perk app on then running, even though they were asleep.
I wrote them asking if she's banned, if using devices once count as added device and how to remove it from liste. If her current points are lost. Funny thing is I think we offended over the weekend and we put in for gc on Friday.
I put in for $5 gc to see if it gets cancelled.
I guess if an app stops working on a device your suppose to wait for it to stop working.
The only good thing that came out of last night's bachette debacle resulting in no vl & no overnight check ins was the boatload of +5 ads that came up when i switched between bachette tile & latest song match tile. I probably got about 500pts just from doing that for 2hrs

I can clarify a couple things about Perk, but not whether or not you'll get the points back. My guess is that you will not get them back because they cited you with running too many devices on the account. That is something that Perk considers fraud, an exploitation of the system by running multiple devices to earn points fast without a real indication that the ads being served are watched. But you can ask them if/when you can Perk on the account again, if you reduce the number of devices.
Now here's the clarification: you're thinking about Perk like it was Viggle in your counting of devices. Viggle had a five device limit over the course of your account's entire lifetime. If a devices died or was given away etc, you had to ask Viggle if they would remove the device from the account or it would continue to be associated with it. It was like the account was licensed to be used on up to five devices ONLY. Perk has no such limit on the number of devices that you can have linked to your account at any given time.
When Perk cites a user for using too many devices, they actually mean for "using" too many devices at the same time, as in the case of running multiple devices simultaneously. With all the switching between devices, it may be difficult to keep track which device is logged into which account, so that may be the problem. Perk allows you to run each app on more than one device, though they won't specify on how many. Generally if you're under 4-5 devices logged in, you should be okay. I say should because it really depends on what you're doing with the devices since points can vary so much even within a single app. Viggle is the one EXCEPTION to this rule. They only allow one device to run Viggle at any given time.
When you submit a rewards request, the account activity is reviewed. If you think the behavior is limited to the weekend, it still would have been caught up in the review since that doesn't happen until the issue day. If you look in your reward history, you'll see the request status change as it enters into review on the rewards issue day. This is to say, Perk isn't looking at the account activity exclusive to before the request was made. They look at all the activity on the account happening before the review.
Anyway, the gist of what I am saying here is that Perk will more than likely allow the account to continue earning points if you reduce the number of devices that are logged in on that account and actively running apps.
As a total side note, since it sounds like you have more than one account in your household ("we" switched this, etc), it probably would benefit you to ensure that the accounts are not exact mirrors of one another, as having them switching devices at the same time, doing the same check-ins, running the same apps the same way etc could be taken to suggest that they weren't independently operated.
