Over the next month, we will continue to process point redemptions however all Perk Points will expire on November 20, 2019 if not redeemed. Friendly reminder about the slickdeals trade rules. These rules apply everywhere on the site, including pm.

Note rule #12 in particular: "You can trade an item that has a value over $5 for any other item that has a value of $5 or less. For example, you can trade a Fandango GC (ARV $13.50) for a $5 Amazon CG, but you cannot trade the Fandango code for something over $5 (like a $14 Amazon GC)."

In brief, you are free to trade gift cards of any value but the most that you can ask for in exchange is a $5 gift card. Similarly, the most you can offer someone for their gift card is a $5 gift card. Please feel free to pm a mod if you need clarification.

You've transferred viggle pts ... does that mean you updated to 3.o? I thought you were holding out til the bugs were fixed?!
not my account - my grandson did. and he left his phone with me so I can "look it over"

Edit:
I "earned" him 4 points by hitting the ads to see what happens. Still too nervous about my account since there still appears to be some issues. But we have android phones and I think they were a bit more successful from what I read here.

Here are the screenshots from my phone. Nowhere do I see any Viggle points or transferring options. Did I screw myself over by "Activating" even though I already had an account? What am I doing wrong?

I was a little peeved when I saw the conversion rate since I had ~1.6 million points but will be even more pissed if they all disappear!
I also didn't see that menu option for a bit of time but then it showed up so I guess you just need to keep looking.

For those with more than account, bf u setup ur perk account u might want to consider inviting it, using other account to join perk bf u start up viggle. Use perk tv after u get invitation it'll ask if u got an invitation and to enter code. The link didn't work going from email, but near top it asks to use website, I clicked on that and it took me to Web page that looks like email and click on green tab and at top pops up a 8 digit code .

I thought my Kindle was bad, Samsung note seven is worse

What I've gleaned so far is we can no longer let our phones "sleep" or time out if we check into a show thru viggle, correct? Does this close the app? Since Samsung devices have a 10 min max before they sleep, that means we have to keep tapping the screen every 10 min to keep the app open?

Could u clarify this? Are u saying to open a perk acct, then use it to "invite" another? Or have someone with a perk acct invite u to join? Does this prevent perk from asking for separate IDs for multiple viggle accts? What does the 8digit code do or what do u get from it? Thanks

Just a reminder to all PERK users.......

If you are ready to cash in for a giftcard - you need to do it today so that you get your email with the giftcard tomorrow. If you do it tomorrow and over the weekend, you wont get the email until Monday.

like viggle, perk has a history of banning people with no notice (see the general perk thread) so i'd tread lightly on the "invites". just my $0.02

Yup thats how I read it and how I saw it working last night...and that's something I'm not about to do. That's way too much work for me. I guess this is the end.

Ok, it's time to start the day with the parental unit. I'll be gone for a few hours but when I get back, I expect all this confusion & glitches to be cleared up on android, ok people?

After using the new Viggle last night, I'm really not happy about having to keep the app open and running in order to earn points. I use my iPhone all evening (when I do most of my Viggling) and if I want to use it for Viggle, I won't be able to check email, answer calls, etc., without interrupting the app and losing points. I'm glad I have a couple of spare, cheap, Android devices to use for stuff like this. Guess I'll having one using Viggle in the evenings while the other runs Perk Word Search.

Could someone explain the differences between the new Viggle, Perk TV Live, and Perk TV?

They've updated the point total for VLs under the games section, looks to be 16 points possible for half hour shows and 30 points for hour long shows. Suppose everyone will have to wait till tonight to see how it works out, though I'd imagine people doing multiple shows at once will be out the window.

Still haven't been able to complete a "commercial break" on Android as that at least one ad won't load.

I could be wrong but this is how I view them
Perk TV - watching videos
Perk TV Live - checking into commercials during live airings
Viggle - checking into shows to earn points "in segments" but keeping the app "open"
