Starting with Viggle app version 3.23.0.1, the Live Check-in feature was removed.
Taxes and 1099s:
In October 2018, Perk started requiring users who have redeemed $400 or more to fill out a W-9 form here [perk.com]. Users who do not feel comfortable disclosing their name, address, and social security number to Perk should keep earnings below this threshold annually. Once this limit is reached, the user account is flagged and no further rewards redemption is possible until the W-9 form is submitted. The start of the new year (Jan 1) does NOT automatically nullify this requirement. At this time, it appears Perk does not report earnings to the IRS until earnings reach $600 or more as required by the IRS [irs.gov].

My recommendation:
1. Log out of Viggle. Hard close the app.
2. Relaunch Viggle. You should get a message saying "Are you a current Viggle user? Log into your Viggle account first before creating a Perk account."
3. Log into Viggle using your Viggle credentials
4. Follow the prompts to then link your existing Perk account. Make sure the accounts use the same email address. (You don't need to open Perk TV app at all.)
5. Once you're into the app, you should have the option in the menu (three lined icon in top left) to convert points.
It's possible that you will do this and still not be able to see that option. That's precisely what happened to me last night. I was initially trying on iPhone 6. So, then I tried following these steps on a Droid (LG Fuel), and it worked just fine. I converted points with the Droid. Afterward, I logged back in on my iPhone and the option was listed in the menu, unlike before. But this morning, the option has once again disappeared from my app on the iPhone. So it appears the app is still rather buggy.

well then everything is correct so far. You are now in Perk - viggle no longer exists
Go to the menu bar (top left 3 lines/bars)
See if you find "Exchange Viggle Points" on the list
Then you can begin to exchange some viggle points for perk points
but the app will now show only perk points
For us it would be no problem, but we really done need it.
If you don't earn much on Perk, it will take a long, long time to convert all of your existing Viggle Points. However, you can speed it up tremendously if you do qualify for the additional conversions.
shut down and restart.
Android
After updating and inputting both your viggle & perk passwords You are now in Perk - viggle no longer exists
Go to the menu bar (top left 3 lines/bars)
See if you find "Exchange Viggle Points" on the list
Then you can begin to exchange some viggle points for perk points
but the viggle app will now show only perk points
if the exchange viggle points is not there - keep trying. Mine was there immediately

A couple other things to try:
1. Log in on a different device if you have one, an iPad instead of the droid for instance.
2. Log out, delete the app, re-install, and go through the steps again.
3. Wait like a patient grasshopper for the bugs to get fixed.
Androids work on perk tv again, but now iPad and iPad air gets constant apps something went wrong.
The option to convert your points should be in the menu of the VIGGLE app.
Got my first 60,000 converted with no problem and set up my perk. Hopefully I will earn another 1000 before the end of the month to convert 20,000 more. I have to see how long it will take to earn perk points. Many of the apps have their own problems lately. March should be a better month for me to convert - will convert the second 60,000 PLUS earning 3000 perk points to convert a third 60,000 and so on........
