Starting with Viggle app version 3.23.0.1, the Live Check-in feature was removed.
Taxes and 1099s:
In October 2018, Perk started requiring users who have redeemed $400 or more to fill out a W-9 form here [perk.com]. Users who do not feel comfortable disclosing their name, address, and social security number to Perk should keep earnings below this threshold annually. Once this limit is reached, the user account is flagged and no further rewards redemption is possible until the W-9 form is submitted. The start of the new year (Jan 1) does NOT automatically nullify this requirement. At this time, it appears Perk does not report earnings to the IRS until earnings reach $600 or more as required by the IRS [irs.gov].

On Samsung s5 I go to setup, the sprocket, slide to app tab, go to app manager on pull down, I picked downloaded, look for ur app and then uncheck the notification box.
U have to do this for every perk app u downloaded.
Secondly, since the G4 broke, I went back to my old phone, Galaxy S4. Installed the viggle app, logged into viggle and perk.....AND.....still no viggle points and no option to exchange points. ZERO viggle points. I sent an email to vigglesupport@perk as suggested in one of the earlier posts. I hope they resolve this soon and that my points aren't lost forever.
If u can remove battery from phone I would give that a try. I would shut off phone if possible.
I know with Apple stuff if u hold home button and power button u can reset the unit and clear cache of problem app, maybe an internet search would yield same for ur phone, as I don't know specific model ur talking about.
Pulling the battery out is often response I get from tech support, but I know the s6 and note don't have removable batteries, so a reset is only option.

I've checked into a non-bonus show and got 2pts per commercial break (6 com breaks for 30 min shows and 12 com breaks for 60min shows) and for the bonus shows, I have also been getting 2pts per commercial break (regardless if it is 2x or 3x). if it makes a difference, I am using an iphone6
i try perk tv live before but i had to keep tv on all the time
i do not want tv on all the time
i try perk pop quiz 1 time but i am to slow
now only i do perk tv

I'm guessing that even though it says I'm checked in that will get not points for just being checked in, I tried looking at point history but it only seems to go back 50 transaction or so and I get that many in a few hours.

I have to click on go to view web version and click on green tab there.
obviously, this is a problem or else they wouldn't have that link in email.
just wondering if anyone is having same problem.
as a result my email was never verified and I had 50 points pending for last few days until I used the web page version.

are you sure the app was open and working?
they did tweet and people have confirmed that you need to stay on the app. If its closed, you ended your viggling period and wont earn any perk points.
They are no longer in half hour or hour multiples. So don't look for minutes .......It may only be 2-3 perk points per "section"

start perking with their apps...they have a few some better than others, some you need to interact while some you can ignore. Some weren't working properly yesterday. Don't know about today since I swag first..... Try Perk Scratch & Win, Perk TV, Perklinko, Perk Pop Quiz and the others. Every time you earn 1000 perk points, you can convert 20,000 viggle points. Oh and you can also earn by viggling since they are now perk points
