The purpose of this letter is to notify you that due to changes in the company direction, all Perk applications will stop working on December 1, 2019. Over the next month, we will continue to process point redemptions however all Perk Points will expire on November 20, 2019 if not redeemed. Please contact us at [email protected] with any questions or comments about our account at least two weeks before December 1, 2019, to allow sufficient time for resolution prior to our last date of operation.

Friendly reminder about the slickdeals trade rules. These rules apply everywhere on the site, including pm.
Note rule #12 in particular: "You can trade an item that has a value over $5 for any other item that has a value of $5 or less. For example, you can trade a Fandango GC (ARV $13.50) for a $5 Amazon CG, but you cannot trade the Fandango code for something over $5 (like a $14 Amazon GC)."
In brief, you are free to trade gift cards of any value but the most that you can ask for in exchange is a $5 gift card. Similarly, the most you can offer someone for their gift card is a $5 gift card. Please feel free to pm

hopefully 1 problem resolved, now they can go on to the next hundred or so......I am waiting for them to fix the android check in problem. (checks me out constantly)
once you update the point total is PERK POINTS ONLY. Your viggle points are in the exchange tab
IOS users
the exchange tab in the menu may or may not be there - viggle/perk is aware of the problem
Android users
seems to fare well converting their points. Go to the menu (top left three bars/lines) and you should see an exchange tab
I have been reading the thread. What I am saying is that once I get pass the initial link, my Viggle points say 0. There is nothing to convert over. Even though there is an exchange tab, my new linked Perk account with my Viggle account still reads 0 Viggle points to convert.
let's compare as if I was still checking into Viggle prior to this update...
3X hour show gave a total of 180 points
Perk gives my hubby 25 pts..
let's break it down: All this time, we been earning 9 Perk points (based on the conversion rate) when checking into a 3x show for an hour.. w/ Perk, we are earning MORE than 9 points, for those of us who are having no issues (to those who are having issues, THEY ARE AWARE and we are to wait patiently until they fix these issues, WHICH should be sometime next week, they reported)
so overall, we are earning more points for these check ins. the downfall is having to keep the app open for the full hour, BUT they also said they are working on where we don't have to stay on that show page, BUT we would have to be there for the commercial breaks, to see the ads play.. so until then, we have to stay on the page w/out leaving (though, FOR ME, and this isn't for everyone, i was able to play a VL yesterday and then go back to my show check in to finish getting the points off of it!! this doesn't work for everyone)
anyway,
BECAUSE OF ALL THE ISSUES AND TO HELP KEEP THE PEACE... why not PERK on your MOBILE BROWSER (like your Google Chrome browser on your phone) or on your desktop computer, b/c for a limited time, you will earn DOUBLE the Perk points than the rate of earning on the Perk Tv App... you will earn up to 5 points for the videos, but must use your mobile browser (not the Perk TV app) and/or desktop computer (which means, you can use both!!!) and the average points earning will be doubled than what you will earn using perk tv app.. HOPE I MAKE SENSE>
so why not do that while we wait for Viggle / Perk to fix the issues... save your headaches, take a break from the app, and let them work the kinks out.. they are being overflowed w/ emails/tweets, and it's things they already know and are working on, so let's just earn another way, until then...
but again, if you look at the point earning we did when we Viggled before this 3.0 update, we earned less than what is actually giving us for these check ins.. so we come out better.. but you have to grasp your mind around that in order to realize it.. lol

have you been active at all in the Viggle app in the past 90 days?
if so, what does your Perk Transaction history say since your update? thanks!

and to make things clear, when you go to the menu bar, and go to the part of the app to exchange your points, it show zero? have you tried putting in the amount in the box?
ok let me see what i can find out, but sorry i wasn't much help so far...
