The purpose of this letter is to notify you that due to changes in the company direction, all Perk applications will stop working on December 1, 2019. Over the next month, we will continue to process point redemptions however all Perk Points will expire on November 20, 2019 if not redeemed. Please contact us at [email protected] with any questions or comments about our account at least two weeks before December 1, 2019, to allow sufficient time for resolution prior to our last date of operation.

Friendly reminder about the slickdeals trade rules. These rules apply everywhere on the site, including pm.
Note rule #12 in particular: "You can trade an item that has a value over $5 for any other item that has a value of $5 or less. For example, you can trade a Fandango GC (ARV $13.50) for a $5 Amazon CG, but you cannot trade the Fandango code for something over $5 (like a $14 Amazon GC)."
In brief, you are free to trade gift cards of any value but the most that you can ask for in exchange is a $5 gift card. Similarly, the most you can offer someone for their gift card is a $5 gift card. Please feel free to pm

Ok I'll post the q & a's for "Brave" VL. I don't kno if Perk will do their own Q's but I'd think they were so busy debugging that they wouldn't have time to do new Q's

I used groupon gift cards to order online some items on groupon.com. But groupon locked my account because they think that the gift cards were bought by credit card. They lock my account forever and they answered me that $ refund to card holder that end with 1542.
Anyone success order from groupon.com with Viggle's gift card?
I would advise contacting Viggle again. I would start with a fresh contact and explain the situation as fully as possible, expressing the concern that there is something incorrect about the information that they have and that you are concerned about possible fraud issues because of this. I think when you mention fraud maybe it gets kicked to a different department and they take these sorts of issues a little more seriously.
I do agree with the others about this sounding like a Groupon, rather than Viggle issue. Particularly if the Groupon GCs showed a value when you entered them. It is my understanding that once the GC is entered into an account it cant be entered into another so there is really no way for someone to clear it out. However if Groupon still cant help you after contacting again, then I would go back to Viggle, explain the situation and then ask if they happened to purchase GCs with a CC that ended in those 4 numbers. It's possible that they did and there was some sort of issue that caused your problems and they will make good on it. I see that as the most unlikely scenario but a possible option if no others exist.
Can you please update us when you get this resolved or have taken it as far as you want to. Given my identity theft issue, I am curious about other possible security snafus that may exist in Groupons network.
always sign in Viggle using your VIGGLE name & password...... it always asks the first time if you want to link your account or add one .....you want to link it. If it doesn't ask - they you probably already linked it and it will ALWAYS show your perk points because viggle no longer exists. Any viggle points are in the exchange tab - and if you really don't have it - email/tweet perk

1) What happens with points earning if I check in to a show and then watch something else? The commercial breaks won't be the same.
2) Can I play the two-point ads on the show tile while I'm checked in and not screw up watch points?
