Dr Pepper Summer FUNd (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
The Promotion begins on May 1, 2016 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time ("CT"), ends on August 31, 2016 at 11:59 p.m. CT (the "Promotion Period"), and consists of two (2) phases (each a "Phase"), as outlined in the table below:
The Promotion consists of a collect and win game (the "Collect and Win Game") and an instant win game (the "Instant Win Game").
Collect and Win Game: Alternate Method of Entry: To participate without making a purchase or uploading a receipt, visit http://DrPepper.com/Walmart ("Website") and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form. An email with a unique link will be sent to the email address used to complete the registration. Click on the link found within the email and follow the links and instructions to play the Collect and Win Game, which could result in collecting one (1) Game Piece. You can register twice per day to receive up to two (2) games pieces per day.
Limit: Each entrant may play the Instant Win Game one (1) time during the Promotion Period; each entrant may receive up to two (2) Game Pieces per day during the Promotion Period regardless of method of entry.
Promo Code: During the Promotion Period, you may receive a bonus Instant Win Game play by entering the promo code. The promo code can be found on print ads in certain publications. Once you obtain the promo code, you may enter it on the Website to receive one (1) bonus play. Limit: One (1) bonus play during the Promotion Period.
Collect and Win Game: Each Prize Pool has three (3) Game Pieces. There will be one (1) random, computer-generated winning time during the Promotion Period for the third and rare Game Piece for each Prize Pool. If you are the first player to play at or after the randomly generated winning time, and have already collected the other two (2) Game Pieces for the applicable Prize Pool, you will receive the winning Game Piece and be the potential Collect and Win Game prize winner. Game Pieces collected during Phase 1 do not carry over to Phase 2.

Instant Win Game Prizes: TWO HUNDRED FIFTY (250) THIRD PRIZES: A $5 Walmart eGift Card. ARV: $5. Limit: One (1) Instant Win Game prize per person during the Promotion Period.
Collect and Win Game Prizes:
FIVE (5) GRAND PRIZES: $2,500 in Vacation Cash. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $2,500.
ONE HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE (165) FIRST PRIZES: Winner's choice of $250 Amusement Park Cash, $250 Zoo Cash or a $250 Walmart eGift Card. ARV: $250.
SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY (750) SECOND PRIZES: Winner's choice of $50 Movie Cash, $50 Gas Cash or $50 Dining Cash. ARV: $50.

Phase 2:
Instant Win Game Prizes: NINETY (90) FOURTH PRIZES: A $5 Walmart eGift Card. ARV: $5. Limit: One (1) Instant Win Game prize per person during the Promotion Period.

Only the collect and win portion runs daily, limit 2 game pieces per day.
The game is messed up and has been since right after this phase started. We seemingly get the same pieces over and over again, if we get any at all.

Our records indicate that participants are receiving the same tile or the same couple of tiles multiple times in Phase Two of the sweepstakes. This is resulting in the misconception that participants are not receiving any tile piece for the alternate method of entry or the uploaded receipt method of entry. Please note that the tiles provided for each entry are randomly generated each time you process an entry and you are receiving a piece for every entry.
If you are not receiving the emails for entries, please check you junk, spam, or promotion email folders for them. Emails are being sent from [email protected] so be sure to add this to your list of acceptable addresses to receive emails from. We also suggest clearing your cache/cookies before entering the site to avoid receiving invalid errors when requesting a piece or uploading your receipt.

If I am getting the same piece over and over, how will I ever have a chance to win? They are saying that getting the same piece is OK as you are getting an entry. HELLO, your contest is not working right, fix it. What a crock of BS.
After much head scratching and re-reading this I believe what they are telling us is that the tiles are for representation purposes only...at least that is how I'd take it. As I mentioned before I had my game board show 3 cards in a row w/o me ever getting that final 'winning' tile..I know for a fact I never saw it if it came up and it wasn't until days later that I got the actual winner validation. So it might be frustrating to us all, but I'm going to hang in there, hell have so far might as well see it to the end
1. in the 1 st phase, I never received the same game pieces EVERY SINGLE DAY, like I have in this phase...plate/fork only, no other.
2. In the 1st phase I always received a game piece x 2 every day.......in this phase, some days as mentioned in my above post, I/we get NO game pieces....so either no game pieces or plate/fork may be once, sometimes both plays...
oh and also btw, hubby only gets the grill on the days he gets 1 or 2 game pieces, else nothing!
Hard to understand how any of us somehow only receive the same 1 game piece when we actually get any though....has to be statistically impossible, me thinks!

Addendum: Just received my usual/on the days I receive pieces, 2 of 2 plates and forks! If these were real, I'd have enough for a huge outdoor get together neighborhood party B-B-Q!

I found this in the rules."In the event that a potential Collect and Win Game prize winner is disqualified for any reason, or a Collect and Win Game prize is unawarded or unclaimed, Sponsor will award the prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.There will be three (3)alternate drawings after which the prize will remain unawarded." With the lack of winners I am assuming because of this duplicate and no pieces fiasco, we still have a chance to win something in the second chance drawings.
Now they can start processing the $50 GC I won on 5/8/16.

Like you I hope to at least receive the $50 gc I won in the 1st go-round....oh and I was also 1 of those contacting them....
