Instant Win Game begins on June 10, 2016 at or around 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on August 13, 2016 at or around 6:00 a.m. ET, however game plays will only be valid from 4:00 p.m. ET each Friday of the Promotion Period to 6:00 a.m. ET the following day (each a "Phase").

For the folks who haven't won: I entered once at 11:53PM and once at 11:57PM, right before the first phase ended, and won both times
Try waiting for the last few minutes of the phase to enter because it seems they always have those last couple of prizes to get rid of before the phase is over!
