PRIZE(S). The Prize for this promotion is provided by Strength of Nature, LLC ("Prize Provider"), which will be the issuer of the IRS Form 1099s associated with the prize. One (1) person will win a getaway for up to four (4) to the 2016 Allstate Tom Joyner Family Reunion, at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center (Approximate retail value is $2,699.00) and an African Pride Family of Brands Prize pack courtesy of African Pride (Approximate retail value is $200.00). Transportation to and from Orlando, Florida is not included in the prize, however Strength of Nature, LLC will provide $2,000.00 by check in advance to cover expenses. Total approximate retail value ("ARV') of the promotional prize is $4,899.00; however, prize value will be reduced to match the number of attendees should it be less than four (4).
Details of the Prize, subject to change include: Allstate Tom Joyner Family Reunion, September 1 – 5, 2016; five (5) days, four (4) nights of accommodations (a single room for up to four (4) people at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center); $2,000.00 for travel and other expenses; single day tickets to one (1) Theme Park for up to four (4) people; five (5) meals for up to four (4) people; Concerts, Expo, Comedy Performances, Entertainment, Seminars, and Activities, (space may be limited for some activities and will be based on a first-come basis); ground transportation from the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center to the participating theme park; round-trip ground transportation from the Orlando Airport to the Gaylord Palms (within the defined transportation period) or free parking at the Gaylord Palms if you drive instead of fly; and an African Pride Family of Brands Prize pack courtesy of African Pride. Winner is not entitled to the difference between the approximate retail value and the actual value of the Prize.
